This is a small Village located in GUNTUR district near MANGALAGIRI and belongs to TADEPALLI MANDAL. This is a wealthy village with most people are formers, also most of them are well settled.we are proud to be one of the well educated villages in AP. we are located near to all places/towns/cities. We are just 7.5 KM away to VIJAYAWADA, 9 KM to MANGALAGIRI, 22 KM to TENALI and 30 KM away from GUNTUR TOWN.

As we are near to KRISHNA RIVER, we don't have water problem.We get very tasty water just 15-20 ft from surface.our village land is good for agriculture. We grow BANANA (ARATI), TURMERIC(PASUPU), MAIZE(MOKKAJONNA), PADDY(VARI-RICE), SUGARCANE(CHERAKU), BLACKGRAMS(MINUMULU),CAULIFLOWER, KANDA and ALL TYPES OF VEGETABLES.

We have many good schools,colleges near to village. The famous KONERU LAKSHMIAH COLLEGE of ENGINEERING is just 2 minute ride.As we are near to all places and having all comforts we lead a pleasant life.

    Mellempudi is a nice village. There are SIVALAYAM, RAMALAYAM, VINAYAKA, GANGANAMMA, HANUMAN temples and a masid and church. Baking-hum-canal pasess through our village. In summer it is very cool to swim in canal. For further information contact 8501886030
