  • It's awesome to heard that SP Setia are planing to build 4 blocks of Sky tower in Kampung Bahru area. Government are planing to rebuild Kampung bahru and it's already announced in Wawasan 2020 booklet (only RM150). More details can be found in the booklet, i'm just doing some briefing here. Government are trying to redevelop the whole kampung bahru, and make it as a business and culture hub. this program can give a new image to kampung bahru, and creating the new business oppurtunity to the residents in kampung bahru while reserved the Malay's culture. heard that there is a street to promoting malay's culture in the program. residential towers, office suites and new concept shop lots will be found in kampung bahru in the future. back to the sky residence, now SP Setia is opening one block to sell to public. the whole project will be completed may be around 4 to 5 years time. i went to the show room last month, the presentation from the marketing is awesome and persuasive. i like most bout the view, the night view really attracting me. from the sky height level to view kl, it's definately a good activity after coming back from work. average of RM800/sf is actually a reasonable price, and i think the price will going higher after few months. it's good for invest, and even for own stay. from their presentation the lobby design is fantastic, and the exclusive lift is killing me, try to imagine, the nice lobby, and the lift that bring you right straight away to your unit.
