This facility houses a large call center that handles all incoming calls for all Disney resorts, guest information lines, and operator services for the entire Walt Disney World property as well as ABC Studios. The call center representatives are trained to handle all types of calls including guest situations and concierge services.

Previously the offices for the telephone company serving Walt Disney World known as Vista-United Telecommunications. In 2001 Smart City Telecom purchased Vista-United and reached an agreement to provide telecommunications services for Disney. Smart City is the local telephone company for Lake Buena Vista, Florida and Celebration, Florida.
