The Village at Hunter’s Creek is a 31-acre mixed use development located on the corner of SR 417 and John Young Parkway in the town of Hunter’s Creek in Orlando, Florida. The development is comprised of 19 buildings, 1,544 parking spaces and a 2-acre central park with children’s play area, performance stages, and the development’s signature clock tower.
There is still Undeveloped Lots the backside of the development that are meant for more Muti-Level Office Buildings and Medical Buildings further back. The Village at Hunters Creek was constructed by Pertree Constructors which had contracts to build five buildings totaling $12 million at The Village at Hunter's Creek. Pelloni Development Co. is the developer/owner.
