Formerly The Sully Hospital, opened in 1936 with the purpose of treating chronic and advanced pulmonary disease. The hospital subsequently became a long-stay psychiatric institution and closed in 2001. After the closure it was developed into an apartment complex.

Hayes Point is a secluded development of 235 apartments, facilities including Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Gymnasium, and private foreshore overlooking the bristol channel.
