Formerly the Saskatoon Police Service station, undergoing extensive alteration as of 2018 to become an office building.

The former Saskatoon Police Services building was the base of police operations and detention in the city from 1977 to 2014. Designed by Forrester, Scott, Bowers & Walls Architects, the building was opened on June 26, 1977, and until its closing was staffed by 439 officers and administration.

The parking lot of police HQ had been considered for a building site in 2008. Stoneset Equities of Calgary proposed building a 95 metre, 28-storey tower, which would have been Saskatoon's tallest. It was supposed to have had a mix of retail space, market-value condominiums and lower income housing provided by the Lighthouse Supported Living organization. However the project was cancelled in 2010 because of cost overruns.

Another proposal in 2015 would have seen the old police station demolished, and a new main library branch built on it and the parking lot. The building would have also included a grocery store and two 34-storey residential towers. However, the deal with Textbook Student Suites Inc. collapsed after differences arose on how much it would cost for the library.

After years of coping with chronic shortages of space and outdated facilities, a new police HQ opened in July 2014 on the newly extended 25th Street. The former police station was sold to Duchuck Holdings in 2016 for $10.7 million.
