Formerly part of the Allied Chemical Detroit Coke lands, the 42.33 acre site was sold in 1986 and the present 104,063 sq. ft. truck terminal was constructed for Yellow Transportation. The property was purchased in 2010 by a company owned by Ambassador Bridge owner Matty Moroun.
