Beechwood, the former F.A. Vanderlip estate which dates partly to 1780. It was purchased by Henry Webb commissioned R. H. Robertson to double the size of the house. The estate was purchased in 1906 by Frank Vanderlip who commissioned William Welles Bosworth to do further alterations. Landscaping was also done by Olmsted.
