On the corner of Belgrave Gate and New Parliament Street. Built for the Leicester Coffee and Cocoa House Company and originally known as the Albert Coffee and Cocoa House. It is now called Regent House and since the demise of the company has been used for various purposes including a dancing school. The ground floor is now a shop, while the upper rooms have been converted into a gym.
