Leap (An Léim Uí Dhonnabhain) is a village of around 150 people on the N71, at the head of Glandore Harbour in south-western County Cork, between Skibbereen and Clonakilty. Named, it is said, after Chief O'Donovan's jump across a ravine to escape pursuing soldiers.
