A 10-story, low-rise office building located on University Drive in Coral Springs. It opened for business in 1986, and it is the second-tallest building in town.

It has very dark-tinted windows, which give it a nearly all-black appearance from the sides, so it was nicknamed the "Darth Vader building" by locals early on.
