The Harold. A. Campbell Public Use Facility is located on the border of the Stormwater Treatment Area 3/4, has has fishing boat ramps, trails, and a boardwalk for wildlife viewing. It was named for Harold. A. Campbell, a South Florida Water Management District employee and STA 3/4 construction inspector who was killed in a road accident on US 27 in 2006.
