The Hanuman temple is located on the Thennpennai River bank. A theertham (Holy Water)is located middle in the river. It comes straight from the ground. It is created for the god Hanuman. Many pilgrims visit here. Aaadi-18 (Tamil calendar) is very grandly celebrated here.
