Kilburn White Horse

The Kilburn white horse is a hill figure formed in the hillside near the village of Kilburn, in North Yorkshire, England. The horse is 318 feet (97 metres) long by 220 ft (67 m) high and covers about 1.6 acres (6,475.0 m2) and is said to be the largest and most northerly in England. Thomas Taylor, a local buisnessman, had the figure cut in 1857 after seeing the white horse at Uffington.
