Small museum and bookstore at milepost 364.4 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Elevation 5497. Beautiful views of reservoir and mountains. Hiking trails nearby. In the first photo, the visitor center is ahead on the left below Craggy Pinnacle. The second photo is the visitor center building. The third photo is a view from Craggy Pinnacle looking down on the visitor center. Craggy Pinnacle is accessible by trail from the Craggy Dome parking lot 1/3 mile north on the parkway.
