Rosslyn Castle is an impressive 14th century stone keep and courtyard fortress, founded by Henry Sinclair, earl of Orkney. It was built on a rocky promontory of Roslin Glen, there are towers and ranges of buildings from the 15th and 16th century.
Part of the building has been made habitable again and can be rented via the Landmark Trust.
