The Dun Law wind farm is located about 25 km southeast of central Edinburgh, Scotland, straddling the A68 road. Phase 1 of the wind farm (26 Vestas V47/660 turbines placed in the two 'lobes' nearest the road, and capable of generating 17MW) was completed in 2000; phase 2 (35 Vestas V52/850's placed in the outermost two lobes, and capable of 30MW) was completed in 2009.
