Clyde wind farm is located in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, on both sides of the M74 east and south of Abington (junction with A702). The total north-south dimension is about 16 km. It consists of 152 Siemens SWT-2.3 wind turbines in three sections. The south section, completed in 2011, contains 56 turbines, the central section (2012) contains 69, and the north (2012) contains 27. In total the combined nominal capacity is close to 350 MW.
