First station in daylight on the northern part of the Piccadilly Line. 1 in 7 trains heading north terminate at Arnos Grove and go into the carriage sidings. The station has 4 platforms but the inner 2 share a single track which is used by starting or terminating trains. The station's Holden designed building came on a newspaper's list of the top 10 modern buildings, along with the Empire State Building.
