Cast-iron manufacturing plant. Has stood there for odd twenty years and went bankrupt with the fall of the USSR. The plant employed hundreds of workers who were given state flats nearby in a newly built town-type settlement (or SMT) 'Nove'. The lives of those workers and their families have been changed dramatically with the plant's closure.
