  • Opened in the fall of 1991, anchored by Basics (now Food Lion), Blockbuster Video, Rite Aid, and Little Caesar's Pizza among the more well-known merchants. Rite Aid eventually moved and was replaced with a paint store. Blockbuster Video moved to a new location off Campus Way in Largo. Little Caesar's pulled out of the D.C. area entirely. Pizza Hut took up residence shortly thereafter. There was also a steakhouse here in the 90's that operated under two different names (Santa Fe and Durango) before permanently closing. It is now a sports bar.
