This five-story (including the basement) addition to the James Jay Love Building was completed in 2001. The National Weather Service office is on the fourth floor. The lower floors of this part of the building houses more offices for the faculty of the Schools of Mathmetics, Computer Science, and Meteorology. The basement contains the boiler room, and can only be accessed by an elevator key.
