Built by Peter G. Thompson between 1902 & 1907. Built to resemble the Trianon. Donated to the Catholic Archdiocese of Cincinnati in 1947. Two Archbishops of Cincinnati lived there from 1947 to 1977. when the property was sold to the La Rosa family and used as the coporate headquarters of the La Rosa restaurant chain until 1990. Sold to a private owner in 1990, and has been in private hands since.
Colloquially known as "The Bishop's Mansion" because of the years of residence of the Bishops of Cincinnati.
