Designed c. 1956 by Manoug Exerjian as a twelve-bay, three-story, elevator apartment building in red brick with stucco base. The building is centered on a landscaped garden court with brick walkways. The curved entrance bay has a copper roof and stone sill course at the top story. Double-hung windows are arranged in groups of three. Apartments at the northeast, southeast, and southwest corners have terraces with stone copings and decorative iron railings. A common terrace with garage underneath is located at the northwest corner of the building. This building includes features often incorporated by Exerjian in other Great Neck buildings, such as curved walls and decorative ironwork.
