This building was constructed in 1875 by the architect A.S. Kaminsky. The building hastwo-storys with a third floor at the level of the mansard roof. The walls of this private residence are supplemented with ceramic decorations – platbands, panels, columns, horizontal corbels, tiles.

The brick used in the facing was made at the factory of A. Gusareva factory, tiles were from the masterful S.I. Maslennikov. The house is similar in design to the Lopatinov house and the ornamentation is similar to that of the house of Igumnov which is now the embassy of France. Another similar element of both houses is the fencing, columns and gates.
