Tarlac City, officially the City of Tarlac (Kapampangan: Lakanbalen ning Tarlac; Pangasinan: Siyudad na Tarlac; Ilocano: Siudad ti Tarlac; Filipino: Lungsod ng Tarlac [tɐɾˈlak]), is a component city and the capital of the province of Tarlac, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 385,398 people making it the most populous in the province.

  • This is great. I had wondered about Tarlac City and you have provided a detailed map and the 76 barangays that comprised it. We had a 50th Tarlac High School reunion last week of January (class 1959), this year. With a population of 345,000+, Tarlac City is bound to be really an urban community that attracts a lot of neighboring residents and others--is there a master plan\ for the city?
