Mangatarem is a landlocked municipality in the province of Pangasinan in the Philippines. As of the 2010 Census, it had a population of 69,969 people.

Mangatarem is a Pangasinan word for "mango plantation". The municipality is situated at the southern tip of the province, and is 178.47 kilometers away from Manila.
