A ~50-foot high brick tower with "THE FENCEMAN" and a cartoon-like man figure painted on three sides. (The west side is worn to near unrecognizability, though.) No idea what's inside (obviously The Fenceman sells fences, but it's not clear what's inside the tower), but it's an old landmark that's been here for many years.
