Formerly the Board of Exchequer Moscow, Department of the Petersburg International Commercial Bank
It was built in the neoclassical style in year 1910-1911 by Erichson.

Lined with gray granite building could be attributed to the buildings of the next era (as its composition is constructivist and geometric in nature and its glazed surfaces are so great).Note the vertical articulation of the structure, which brings the second or third floor together with rounded columns and the fourth and fifth floors together with pilasters topped with heads. Plus the attic with a semicircular window opening. This is an interesting example of Moscow's neo-classical architecture showing the origins of a new formal architectural language later in the XX century - the coming of constructivism and functionalism.
