designed by Roman I. Klein (1858-1924), the architect of the Pushkin Museum of Art and built in 1898. This building was completed after its neighbor, the Upper Trading Rows. Its long side faces Red Square, and its design was to mimic ancient Russian style with it steep sloped roof.
