Three levels in height, the Widener University Center is a common area for students and faculty.

Its uppermost floor includes a lounge, meeting rooms, and the International Student Services offices.

The main floor includes an oversized lobby/lounging area, Residential Life offices, the campus' main dining hall/cafeteria largely catering to resident students, the Widener University Art Gallery, the Widener University Bookstore (itself bi-level in structure), and several meeting rooms and VIP dining areas.

The lower floor provides casual dining options via the Pioneer Pantry convenience store, the Mac Street Grill take-out window (itself part of the Pioneer Pantry store), and a Quizno's Subs eatery. Recreational areas and lounges surround the dining establishments. Additionally, the lower floor is home to a branch of the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, the university's post office, student mailboxes, and the office of Student Life.

A parking lot to the south of University Center is shared with the line of residence halls to the building's east.
