The largest Peat Bog in Western Europe, a National Nature reserve and an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are some tourist facilities, some parking and plenty of walks through and around the Bogs, and the area is well known for it's wildlife. There is a specific bird hide building for birdwatching and a network of wooden causeways and bridges allow people to traverse the Bogs easily.
