This is my Village with a population of 20-25 thousands. My village has all the facility which should be. Its on Barwala-Jind (about 10km away from Barwala). My village is developing in each of the area like Education, Agreeculture etc. I like to spend most of the time in my village with kind people living there.

  • once i visited this village. i felt like i am in heaven and have a particular reason to visit. the nature of kharak punia people is absolutely good. a great combination of coordination and brotherhood can be seen in their personal life activities.they worship guest as God. I wish to spent my next birth with my dear in this village. i hope God will draw attention to my aforementioned wish and you will recommend/approach to god regarding my willingness.
  • Dear friends, Namaskar to all, GSSS Kharak Punia, Hisar is not simply a school, rather its a temple of education from where I got my initial education upto matriculation and succeeded in getting a senior position in the premier institution of the country. The school building has recently been renovated. I still remember my happy days and teachers while in this school and the style in which the hon`ble teachers used to teach those days. All of my class mates who passed matric exam with me had a brilliant career since all of them got jobs in government sector. The village children, these days, are getting better education and a number of them are shinning as stars by adding glory to the image of this historical village. Simultaneously my village is so beautiful to the extent one can imagine. Bhakra canal, the life line of the village, flows adjacent to the village which irrigates the fields and hence the farmers of the village all the time get bumper crops of cotton, rice, wheat etc. The lush greenery along side the canal and also in the fields fills everyone`s mind with joy and excitement. People of the village are very hard working and peace loving, still so simple. The Gram Panchayat and senior people of the village find out solutions of most of the problems that emerge. The village is well connected to State Highway and also have a number of famous religious places like age old Aasan, Baba Garib Das Temple, Gogaji Temple, Syed Bhura and other temples. Visiting the village really feels like an expedition of a hill station. Last but not the least, my sincere advice to the villagers - you have become whatever you could be but - please do send your children to school, provide them better education, invest everything for their education, try to earn more it is good but do not invest it elsewhere in materialistic things, rather invest everything in your children`s education, even you sell off what is with you and please please give an ear to what I have said. And for children of the village - You are the leaders, bureaucrats, scientists, technocrats, businessmen of the future. So do concentrate on your studies and try to make understand your poor parents to send you to school for best education available in the region. Best of luck everyone......
