Sunsites was first referred to in the 1960's as Arizona Sunsites. Since then it has
for the most part merged with Pearce as one population entity. Mostly a retirement
community but it is diverse enough. Nice golf course. Very quiet community.

Retirement community with permanent homes, lots for sale, RV camping and a golf course. Apparently subject to flash floods on occasion. Small population depending
on winter when the snowbirds arrive or in summer when only the diehards who love hot
weather stay year-round.
