The Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex at 25 Market Street in Trenton was dedicated in 1982 in honor of the former Governor. After a four-year construction, the aluminum-and-glass exterior so familiar to Trenton visitors today was completed and opened by then-Gov. Brendan T. Byrne in January 1982.
