The international area of Maine (ME), USA, and New Brunswick (NB), Canada, around Passamaquoddy Bay. The Quoddy Loop runs from Machias, ME, in the south, to Calais, ME, and St. Stephen, NB, in the north, eastward to Pennfield, NB, and southward to Blacks Harbour, and offshore to include the island of Grand Manan and White Head Island, NB. Then, westward to Cutler, Maine.

Toll car ferry services run seasonally between Deer Island, NB, to both Eastport, ME, and Campobello Island, NB. A free year-round car ferry runs between Deer Island and Letete, on the NB mainland. Another year-round toll car ferry runs between Blacks Harbour, NB, and Grand Manan. And, a free year-round car ferry runs between Grand Manan and White Head Island, NB.
