St. George is located in the central/eastern part of Charlotte County. The northeast border is Clarendon Parish, and Pennfield Parish forms the southeast border. Directly south is Passamaquoddy Bay, on the south west is St. Patrick Parish, and north west is Dumbarton. Directly north of Clarendon Parish is Sunbury County, NB.
