This building used to house an Academy Sports + Outdoors. The sporting goods store operated from late February 2002 to late June 2017. It was a replacement to the smaller, older store at Redmond Terrace Shopping Center prior to its redevelopment, and was replaced by an even larger location further down the freeway. Other than a temporary Halloween store that opened in fall 2018, there has been no activity here.
