  • the camp is so-so, but the english people who work on the farm(most of them) are really nice, and about the work- is not so bad. I hope that I will come back there.

  • I was one of the numerous nationals who had the opportunity to work there in 2006. I really made friends while there, just that when I got there in August most of the work had been done,that notwithstanding I did my best to earn quite a substantial amount of money. Consequently, I expressed interest of going there again the following year (2007) but unfortunately I was made to understand that they were not going to assign any of the people from Africa and since I am a Ghanaian, I did not get another opportunity to be there. My regards to Jo Chambers for she was approachable and always willing to listen everybody especially me. I really liked her and will continue to like her.

  • I was spending every summer at the Camp from 1969-1976. In i973, 1974, and 1976 I brought 3 groups of students (over 100 people) from former Yugoslavia. It was a very different time. Majority of students were coming from Eastern Europe (Poland, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia).

  • was there in 1974. still remember and never forget 1974 summer. Me Hayri from Turkey and Pamela had unforgettable memories there.. Miss u Pamela.. hope u r ok... Love to everybody in Tunstead..
