Residence built c. 1911 in the Colonial style for Dr. Miner C. Hill {physician}. Hill served as a local pediatrician and founder of the Oyster Bay Historical Society. The land the house stands was acquired by Thomas Weekes from the Town of Oyster bay in 1673. The original house was probably built between 1693 and 1710 and added to over the years.
