This cemetery was divided into catholic, lutheran and orthodox sections. Some objects are preserved by state: it's the eastern wall and gates of the cemetery, Marijampolė orthodox church of Saint Trinity, grave of Julija Žymantienė-Žemaitė (1845-1921), grave of poet Petras Arminas-Trupinėlis (1853-1885), grave of historic Jonas Totoraitis (1872-1941), monument of Salomėja Gramaitė-Urnevičienė, graved of Lithuanian Army soldiers', fraternal burial site of Soviet Army soldiers'.
