  royal mail are ABSOLOUTLEY hopeless!!! they cant even delivr a letter without messing it up somehow and then sending it back to where it came from, the whole system needs an upgrade!

  i had a parcel sent back to sender,there was no card put through the letter box for me to collect ,if there was i would have collected it as i allways done ,prob posted through someone elses door
