  • A dreadful example of a mail office; if this is a privatisation 'success' then I'm a monkey's uncle!
  • THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE...
  • In Chester o phone contact number published in any local directory and when found online no one answers the phone however long you let it ring for. If you ring the national online service you go through about seven stages to only get the recoded message 'sorry we cannot help'. I have letters that should have arrived missing and they clearly do not want to care. A service to be ashamed of.
  • The automated reply I got on a Wed at 1850 hrs said they were closed despite the fact that they were open, they don't close until 20:00hrs on a Wed! Hopeless!
  • Phoned and phoned and phoned and phoned and phoned . Still phoning.
