The railway station in Staines is a major station on the line from London Waterloo to Windsor and Reading. The branch to Windsor separates from the line here. The station has two platforms. It is served by a fast service between to London Waterloo and Reading, a slower services between Waterloo and Windsor and the stopping service between Waterloo, Hounslow, Chertsey and Weyridge/Woking.
