LARGE CIVIL WAR ERA HOUSE LOCATED AT EAVES FERRY. WHEN BUILT, ENOUGH WOOD WAS REJECTED BECAUSE OF KNOTS OR OTHER IMPERFECTIONS, TO BUILD THIS HOUSE OVER THREE MORE TIMES. BEAUTIFUL ROUNDED PORCHES AND BALCONIES.
