  Please be cautious.I noticed that 27(P), Naknampur (V) Kohinoor Enclave Residential is marked as Unauthorized layout by HUDA. Check out Huda website.

  27 & 28/2, Naknampur (V), 27(P), Naknampur (V) these 2 survey numbers not approved by HUDA CAUTION NOTICE FROM HUDA: 4. The general public, builders, developers, promoters, public agencies and other interested bodies/agencies are further cautioned that the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is the Competent Authority for approving all layouts, and other development ventures, etc as per the provisions of Section 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975. The said Act has overriding powers under Section 57 over other laws governing layouts/development ventures. Therefore, any layout/development ventures, etc are deemed to be invalid, unless categorical approval is obtained from the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) u/s 14 of the said Act. 5. All the Municipalities and concerned Gram Panchayats of the below mentioned Revenue Villages have been from time to time instructed not to entertain any application for building or any other development permission or allow/accord any permission for building/layout or any other development in such unauthorized layouts/ development ventures, besides taking Enforcement action on such development ventures in such plots and layouts. 6. Despite the above, if the general public, individuals, builders, developers, promoters, and other bodies/agencies are entering into transactions or buying plots in the said listed areas, they would be doing so at their own risk and may face consequences as per law.
