NOTICE: The general public, builders, developers, promoters, public agencies and other interested bodies/agencies are further cautioned that the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is the Competent Authority for approving all layouts, and other development ventures, etc as per the provisions of Section 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975. Despite the above, if the general public, individuals, builders, developers, promoters, and other bodies/agencies are entering into transactions or buying plots in the said listed areas, they would be doing so at their own risk and may face consequences as per law.
