  • LIG flats are completed and keys have been handed over. HIG flats are approximately 80% completed and will bre ready by Spring 2015. Prices have risen at least 20% over the past two months with the Telangana news. News papers are predicting Hyderabad real estate will increase by 50% over the next 6 months due to end of uncertainty. Now is best time to buy in Hyderabad particularly west of city in Jubilee Hills, Madhapur, Kavuri Hills, etc.

  • No 3 BHK are available. 3 BHK HIG flat keys are being handed over this week. Elevators are completed and many owners are completing wood work, electricity, granite kitchens, etc.

  • Worst experience that we do not have proper road to enter into colony , people are scare to move on that scary road . there is no proper maintainance and huge power cut problem . generators provided in the appartments are waste it is only for show purpose . recently elections held in association president komaru venkatesh (while on canvasing said tht road issue will be resolved earliest and proper tansprtation will be provided for the people living in the place) but he did not turned up his words , he no were concernd about road and maiantainance of colony it is vey bad experience to visit to chitrapuri colony . collecting maiantainance from each and every flat owner . till this day no single generator is used , and water suppliers are lazy even if you wantto purchase water from shop they are very lazy to deliver , some times it may take 4to 5days to deliver the tins , and coming to cable keep on giving on complaints but no person will turn up to your complaint even months passed but they will collect money for every month with out any failure ..... Just wnatto say there is no person who take initiative and solve the common peoples problem .... kinely any one respond we are provided only 2 to 3 problem s but there is a lot of problems toilive in that area
  • yes kumar you are right , we have observed the same , at least association people as to think about road for people staying over their... it is very scary to move on that road bikes may slip and with the dust while travelling on road cause infections like lung infection , there is no development , people elected president he is bussy in his business and status .. atleast he has to visit colony once in a day to spen atleast 10 mins may solve people problem
