beach, village, spa town
Small resort community with natural hot springs. There is a public pool, and a pool at the resort. Each autumn it hosts Harrisand, the World Championships of Sand Sculpture. Or at least it used to: There was no competition in 2009, so 2008 may well have been the last. But you can still see lots of sand sculpture photos from years past in the village shops as well as on Panoramio and other photo sites.
