The completed facility features a 45-foot-tall warehouse with a 39'-6" clear height and a 1,000-foot-long, cantilevered, tilt-up, MFL wall that divides the facility into two 600,000 s.f. storage buildings.The facility also includes 104 loading dock positions and is designed to accommodate eight four-level merchandise pick modules and an automated shipping conveyor system with more than 35,000 linear feet of conveyor and a 51-door shipping sorter. The center also has more than 1.6 million s.f. of heavy-duty asphalt paving to accommodate 1,000 trailer storage positions
